You are eligible to exchange or return the product if:

- It is within a period of up to 14 days after receiving the product.

- The product(s) and packaging are in the same condition as they were delivered and without any damage.

- You present a valid identification card and order confirmation email.

- The products you received have visible damages and are reported within 48 hours after receiving your product. Photographic evidence will be required for shipping.

- Once an exchange has been made, it is not possible to return the product.

 

If you purchased a discounted product, you may be eligible for exchange or return under the following conditions:

- If the promotion is no longer active at the time of exchange, the price difference will be calculated based on the price without the applied discount.

- In case of return, the refund amount will be issued through a personalized voucher valid for 1 year.
